On this page we have tried to gather some commonly asked questions that you might have about us and our products.
Can you help me chose what to buy?
Of course! Please contact us via chat functionality on our website (you should see an icon in bottom right corner of the screen), the contact form or on Telegram.
We will do our best to recommend you whatever is the best fit for your goals, whether paints, paintbrushes or anything else that we sell.
Where are you located?
We are an online shop registered in Cyprus and headquartered in Limassol.
Can I come visit?
At this time, we do not have a retail venue and our office is not open to visitations by the public.
Can you deliver to my country?
At this time, we work only with customers in Cyprus.
To be more specific, we will only deliver to addresses located within the territories controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.
Do you offer self-pickup?
Unfortunately not at the moment, as our stock is not kept at our office, and our office is closed to visitations by the public without prior appointment.
Delivery via BoxNow is the next best thing, offering you self-pickup from any BoxNow locker that is very likely to be much closer to you than our office!
How will you deliver my order?
We deliver via BoxNow courier service.
Please note that terms of service for deliveries are decided by the courier service themselves and are subject to change without notice, we only provide them here as reference.

This service works through delivery lockers located around Cyprus. We will pack and place your order into one of the lockers, from there the courier service will pick it up and deliver it to another locker closer to you. You will receive an SMS code and an email informing you when your order is available for pickup, and the PIN code you will need to use to open the locker. Your order can wait for you inside the locker for up to three days.
We will do our best to find the locker closest to your delivery address on our own, but you can specify what locker you'd like to use for delivery via additional notes when making your order, if you wish.
Please note that hard-to-reach areas (such us up in the mountains) might not have BoxNow lockers nearby - in this case we will reach out to inform you before dispatching your order.
For extremely bulky or expensive orders, we might offer self-pickup or alternate means of delivery.

How long do deliveries take?
We are committed to process your order and hand it over for delivery as soon as possible, but after that delivery times depend entirely on the courier service used and we cannot make any promises, commitments or bear any responsibility for delivery times on their behalf.
We primarily deliver our orders via BoxNow. BoxNow commits to delivering your orders within 2-3 working days. In practice, delivery usually occurs on the next day, but this is highly dependent on how busy the season is - you will likely experience delays during Christmas and New Year's season, for example, so make sure to order your presents in advance!

An item I want is not in stock, can I pre-order it?
Due to complicated logistics of Cyprus, we prefer to only sell items that we are sure we can honestly promise to deliver to you, so we do not practice drop-shipping and usually do not offer pre-orders.
Feel free to contact us to ask about the particular item you're interested in – if it's available to us, we might arrange an individual pre-order for you or suggest alternatives from our range.
I want to change (add or remove) some items in my order, can you do it?
Unless we've already dispatched the order for delivery, sure. Please contact us.
If the order has already been dispatched, then unfortunately this will not be possible and you will have to make a new order or submit a return. Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, as detailed in the policy.
What are the benefits to signing up to your email newsletter?
Generally speaking, we send out very few emails, and only when the have a reason to do so.
You will be the first to know when we expand our range with new items or restock popular products. We also regularly have exclusive discounts for our newsletter subscribers, that you will only learn about through the emails. Sign up here, if you want to!
